If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail Customer Care at customercare@dualeyewear.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receipt of product. THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CLOSE OUT ITEMS. We will reply with the RA number and shipping instructions. Reason for return is not required, but greatly appreciated. Eyewear that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. If the eyewear is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it, if it is your desire, for a different Dual model or issue a refund to the credit card used in the transaction. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization number. Returns are only accepted for items bought through the DualEyewear.com website. Items not purchased through the Dual website must be returned to the place of purchase.
